Spells: Level 19 Frenzy spell Dispells Level 55 Druid skin

I had a druid Cast whatever skin he has access to at level 55 on me. Later he left. I then was soloing in lake of ill omen and casted Frenzy level 19 shaman spell. Upon casting It dispelled my druid skin and overwrited it. I am not sure if this happens to all the frenzy line spells , but currently the level 19 dispells druid skin for some reason. Here is a screenshot of me casting and the skin leaving.
