Default Text Size

So I play on a large monitor. Ah, hell, it is a 42" TV, because I use HDMI as my primary output. Problem is, I can't see any of the text in EQ, and changing the resolution in game seems to pretty much nothing. I saw someone a few years ago had the same problem and changed their font (some how) but I don't see that listed under options.

The text, on top of being very small, is fractured and spread out. The only options I seem to have in game are to change the resolution, but that seems to do basically nothing.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Also, yes I am closing and reopening EQ in between resolution changes.

Fixed. Funny how that happens right after you post.

If anyone is wondering, you can play on any screen in window mode if you set your window size in eqclient.ini to be identical to your resolution (as set in EQ)

also, you should be able to change the font size of text in chat windows by one of two ways (i don't remember which one of these works and wont be online to test for a little longer):

1. right click on your chat window and look for a "font size" option. It should be there somewhere.

2. I believe there is a command to change font size. something like /fontsize or /font #
should be able to find it easily if you check /help or use the in game help menu
