Ip exemption?

Hey p1999ers!
Just a quick question. One my RL friends is coming over tonight and we were hoping to lan some p99. Is this going to ba a problem since were both going to be logging from the same ip. Admittedly i dont know how this works, i just dont want to get banned. Do i need an exemption, and if so, how do i apply for such? Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks!
