Default EQ locks when i connect to p99
just installed eq emulator and i can get on hidden forest just fine. but whenever i try to connect to p99 or p99 pvp my EQ stops responding.

any ideas?

Curious about this as well. Making a return to P99 after some time away. Today I installed everything, when I go to play, get past the log in screen using the emulator and then it crashes on me. When I try and open with wineq it says some error message.

Are you guys definitely using Titanium? Not some other set of install CDs?

If you play on different servers, you definitely want to think about seperate folders for each one (except P99 blue/red).

i am using a fresh install of SoF from steam. could that be the problem

i am getting stuck on this step in my logs
[Mon Dec 31 14:55:58 2012]00043:WorldAuthenticate: Initiating Login.

thanks for the advice. i will try to find a fresh copy of the Titanium CDs

as for this crashing issue - its possible that your default uifiles folder is corrupt as I did that to myself the other day and had the same issue.

What I did to resolve was replace my default folder (in /eq/uifiles/) with a fresh copy from install, and then i re-patched the UI up to p1999 standards by downloading and extracting uifilesv2.zip (Can sum1 link? cant find it these days, i had it saved)

i think my problem is i am not using Titanium but SoD from steam. i do not have titanium CDs. am i out of options?
