Default Lag in Perma

Tried to play in Perma tonite but my lag was unbearable. My actions were 30 seconds at least behind the parties. I play from Vegas on Cox and the other two folks are in central Cali they had no issues. They did say a friend of theres had the exact issues I had the night before. Once I left Perma the issue resolved. Is there a fix for this like a missing file? Is this a known issue for some isps? I'd really hate to not be able to go in there.

I can back this up. Was just in perma, connection is fine, every other zone is fine, perma was laggy. Very bad lag at first, so I camped out and in and it was a little better but still noticeable. The people I was with were laggging too.

At the time maybe 6 people. Was killing goblin elite guards. It seems like the lag progresses the longer you stay in the zone. I just got back in perma and it was fine at first and after 20 min started to lag again. Camped out and in and it was fine. Friend is having the same problem. Thats all I can tell ya.

I agree Permafrost is the one zone that lags on this server. I know that a lot of other people have experienced bed lag in this zone. Last time I was there there was about 50 people in there but that shouldn't be any reason to cause so much lag should it? I've seen more than 50 people in the planes before and I never experienced any lag. I've been in permafrost with just a few people in there before and experienced lag as well.

Lag seems to get worse and worse the longer you stay inside. Lag goes away if you zone out and back in or if you camp out but always comes back again. Perhaps there is some sort of stacking error or some recursion that's causing buildups over time?

There were no more then 6 or 7 people in the zone farming various camps. We were farming the preacher waiting for a frost totem to drop at the king. Agree with the above poster the longer you stay in the worse it gets . Leaving the zone fixes the lag but it does return. As I said above the people I was with were fine but they did mention that other people they were in with the day before had my same issue. Again I experience this no where else. Is there any other kind of info you need?
