Default Rephas and Rat ears?
So I know Rephas takes Rat Ears (both Giant and regular).
What I do not know is what dialog or pointers/hints leads one to know Rephas wants rat ears?
Does anyone know if this is something of a long standing unsolved mystery? Since Vin in sewers asks for pie and this guy just so happens to have rat ear pie recipe there is no coincidence. So anyone got any info on this besides he takes ears no idea why?
