Game Mechanics: Plane Mobs drop chances

so i start my first whine tread cause whats this crap ? i didnt want to wait till kurnak to get necro items in the planes ? i mean c´mon , 5 !!! Boogeyman that have a chance of ? like 10 % to drop items ? whats that ? . only 5 (five) mobs that can drop specific necro gear . how much amygdalan knights are there ? like 30 ? 40 ? . how much clerics of innoruk are in poh ? like 30 ? . ashenboren drakes ? like 20 ? spinechillers ? like 30 ? so whats that crap ? gorgons , kirakiuis ... TONS of em . yeah yeah clerics and melees should get their full plane outfit fast and stuff and its ok but what about druids and necros ? i heared DA did about 30 ! pof raids to get 1 ! necro robe at all ... during my raids we killed 25 boogeyman so far with only 1 ! item dropping...so yeah i know there is a revamp of the planes in kurnak but cant we make the numer of mobs (and drop chances)a lil more equal ?

the rest : its not fair for one class to get only 5 possible dropchances from 5 mobs in total of a plane raid . we have 2 planes and only 5 mobs(and not types)in total can drop necro specific gear . other classes like wars or clerics or whatever have much more mobs that might possibly drop specific gear for them .

so can we either increase the % dropchances for these 5 boogeyman or can we add some more boogeymans in the plane to make it more fair for necros .

there is like 0 necro planar armor droping. up the ammount of bogeymans or up the drop rate

Oh hell. We thought it was fixed. Was in the last patch notes but there must have been something left unfinished. I have verified this, and ensured they will drop pending patch.

Okay.. about boogeymen being unfair. There aren't supposed to be many of them. Clearing fearplane shouldn't yield much blighted.

Even if you look on allakhazams, it says things like:

Actually the Boogies drop Necromancer armor. There are typically three of them near the "Boogeyman House," with an occasional 4th or 5th roamer further to the East. Easy to pull if you stay away from their ghoul root.

So i guess avout 1 piece every 3raids times 6pieces means i will have to go on about 18 raids to get all the pieces hehe.

With this in mind, I looked at the spawn chances for frightfingers. They should both be rare. In response to this, the 2 eastern frightfinger wanderers may now be boogeymen instead. This gives the increased drop % for blighted, and ensures the rarity of frightfingers.

The drop rate % is the same as the rest of the npcs and will not be changing.

I saw blighted gloves and robe drop last night in Fear.

I think it's the chance of drops that's slightly low in general (with the exception of gear which seems to drop at a normal rate). I haven't seen words dropping in a very long time, and gems seem to drop at a somewhat low rate.

He is right about the ghouls though, which there does seem to be a lack of even if you consider that there weren't many ghouls to begin with.
