Illusion Iksar not adjusting faction Vs Iksar

Barbarian Rogue. Just got the Mask and decided to use Cab as a shortcut. Troopers are KOS before and after the mask. Merchants are dubious before and after. Mask appears to have no effect on the Iksars.

Checked other races, fine before the mask, Scowls after the mask, so negative faction hits are being applied.
