Shared bank

I know shared bank doesn't work for sharing, but it does work for storage.

Recently, I reinstalled EQ and now my shared bank slots are gone. Some guildies have shared bank, some don't depending upon their installation source and their ui.

Can anyone tell me what I need to get shared bank to show once again? I'd like to get some items out of it and I can't access it. I know the shared bank is part of the equi_bigbankwnd.xml but something (duxa?) must have disabled it when I installed it. Now, even when I copy over a bigbankwnd.xml from someone who has a working shared bank, it still does not fix it and show shared bank.

I need it back. Plz help!
