Slow Unplayableness

Hey all,

I've been playing the game for over a year and a half with very little technical issues.

Lately, P1999 has become unplayable for me as everything in the game including my character moves at a snails pace w/ lots of warping.

I think this is a setting issue, but can't track down what it is that I may accidently have changed.

I'm running a Core2Duo processor on a U330 Lenovo Laptop with 2GB of memory and searches are telling me I may have an processor affinity problem, but like I said I haven't had this problem at all in the first year and a half I played. Only in the last couple of days has it been this unplayable.

One thing that may help to diagnose this issue is that the slowness happens even at character select screen. It takes my toons there a LONG time to even swing their weapon.

Any thoughts on where to begin fixing this issue would be really appreciated.
