Default Lvl 49 pally divine might spell
Does this get added in later on? Quest components are not on ground in red99 but are sitting there on blue99 just wanna be sure is this normal?

I was hoping all the items associated with the Hole release had rules made prior to the last db update.

So, this won't be updated until Rogean does a full patch.
