Default Help clean up BP's mess

http://www.matteroftrust.org/programs/hairmatsinfo.html

Donate your hair. It's legitimate, and you're going to cut it any ways.

Beside the fact that my hair is long and that i dont plan on cutting it soon.

I feel like BP should fork out the money and pay for their mess alone!

Sure it's everyone's planet and we gota share it but when BP gets billions of revenues each year... well maybe they should dig in their pocket, not like they cant afford it!

I value the collective effort to fix the problem, i just dont think it should be up to average mom and pop to fix THEIR fuckup!

My hair is semi long but probably not as long as yours, and you're right.. BP is fucking us royally, but BP isn't going to pan out to the thousands of fishers who can't do shit about the mess, stop the leak, and clean up the mess. We're looking at a 50+ year clean up operation, and by then, BP will either be in chapter 11, or bought out by some other umbrella corporation.

What I'm basically saying is, be a team player. Don't do it for BP, do it for the earth, do it for the people who live down there and have to deal with that shit. It's a good idea.

Corporations do that shit all over the world, the only difference is that now its happening to americans. Its kind of a blessing inside a curse, maybe more people in america will wake up now.

I have to say I don't give a shit about this. I don't like fish anyway. Oil spills are fun for everyone. Just look at all the awesome poking fun at the exxon valdez spill there was in that kick ass waterworld movie where kevin costner had gills and drank his own pee. Who doesn't want to drink their own pee? I mean really...

I think it would be fair if every fisherman who was out of work had an oil company executive (doesn't have to be BP - they are all the same) on his knees in front of him "apologizing." They all knew this was going to happen sooner or later but they didn't want to spend the money or take the time to do the research and put proper safety measures into effect. And the U.S. government let them get away with it. They are all a bunch of crooks in bed together. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I just read BP lost 67 billion dollars in six weeks, shares dropped 15% over the weekend, im not an economist but i hope some rich pricks are losing bucketloads of money over this. Its all they understand.
