Miscellaneous: Barbed Scale Whip

Whip should be Secondary only, currently it is PRI/SEC.

Bump. Looks like some/all of the whips were not nerfed.

I take it the previous nerf was on new drops and not retroactive, as it should have been?

Yep. All of them should have been changed.
