Blank Server Select screen plus time out issues?

I just crashed while trying to zone back in from Dag's to Unrest. Sort of nervous now since I just died and my corpse is rotting as of now.

Getting some weird issues here.

I used to be able to play no worries - until lately.

Upon log in I am getting either a "timeout issue", or it goes to a blank server select screen, and then sometimes I can go back and re-log and it goes to the server select where it shows the P99 Kunark - but then I can only log in a fraction of the time?

Any help?
