Have the items to do the quest he gives for a secondary item. that gives +4wis... Zam says he was in original EQ.... though not seeing him in toxxulia forest anywhere... :/ could anyone helpe me

Try inside Kerra Ridge? On live they moved all Kerra Ridge NPCs to Toxx Forest I think, so you can't trust the locs given at alla on any of that.
I remembers seeing something with weird many letters in a row somewhere in there - probably was this Errrak.
