Default New Raid System (For Lulz)

This is going to be the premiere raiding system:

1. All raid targets are put on a PPM (pop per month) system. This would eliminate the current form of "windows" and create more randomness in spawns.

2. Anyone who wants to have a shot at a raid target will receive a "rez box" style window that will appear on their screen alerting them that a target has spawned and ask them if they wish to participate. This eliminates the need to have trackers because it's already done for you. Yeah! XDXDXD

3. Upon "opting in" the player is then teleported to the middle of the Ocean of tears, but not too close to the firepots, and their gate is disabled as well as any gate potions as well as lose all buffs. If the player has chosen to "opt out" then they will not be able to interact with "opt in" players in a beneficial way (think Path of Discord).

4. From here players will have to either swim to the firepots and run to the target or they can get their port class buddies to give them a lift. This would put the mobilization back into the raid scene, something that has been lacking on this server.

5. Subsequently players will have the incentive to be online doing something with their friends but won't be hampered by having to maintain buffs and sit on a spawn for hours on end.

**Note** This is not a shot at truly changing the raid system; I'm just bored while I wait for the Cowboys/Giants game to start. Feel free to add your thoughts and rage if you need to.
