But definetly not new to eq. I have a lvl 50 necro on Stromm (I quit just before the Nexus arrived) and i have yet to find a mmo that I like as much as vanilla eq... so here I am!

Im probably going to roll either a necro or a enchanter.. maybe even a monk. Ill see how it goes! If I stay longer then a week ill be a heavy donator.

Servers aren't going anywhere. Not sure what newb03 is talking about.

There is no real lack of classes, play whatever you want. Just be aware that groups can be somewhat hard to come by from level 30-50 or so.

Any support non solo classes (siding tank like classes) are rare in nature, Shaman(costly with spells) Clr(same deal here) and Chanters are all non solo like classes that cost alot of money big lack of them all around but with a high pop there is just enough of each class be aware of class needs when u select but also make sure u pick something you will enjoy no point in playing a class when you will end up reolling in afew weeks or less...if you like melee go that way, love casting go that way....
