Computer Hralp

I am getting a lot of this....

I'm on a Dell XPS A2420 (Vista 32). It has an Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT in it that has updated drivers.

Any ideas? Impossible to do anything with the screen either flickering or fuzzy.
