Emu Minimizing Launcher problem

hello

Not quite sure what i'm currently doing wrong been reading the forums but doesn't seem to be helping me figure out mainly cause i'm unsure what i'm exactly doing wrong.
I have a fresh copy of titanium install in program 86x files but able to run admin on it.
I can see the server list and click on p99 server each time it decides to patch even though it keeps patching everytime i load up the launcher afterwards it'll say lauching eq and minimizing launcher in 3 seconds then it loads up the login screen but can't connect.

So any help would be greatly appreciated! thank you for you're time and my stupidity :P
