A relative of mine works for the NWC3, and although I would hate to waste their time with something like this, what you are doing is sick enough that it will make me do it.

Whenever someone asks for his IP, this comes to mind:

He only needs to be behind one proxy, and it's obvious that he is because he has been IP banned before. But the proxy can't hide him, and I seriously doubt that it's even a privately owned proxy... He will be using free public proxies, and these hold a record of who has been through, when, and where.

Not only that but I would bet that the very first original IP address he used and got banned, will be his genuine IP. I should also mention that what he is doing is technically illegal.
