Game Mechanics: Monk HTH skill is red?

I asked some other monks about this, and they said they did not see it. Maybe they were lying.

But my HTH skill, at 17, is over 100. I can see this when it skills up after dinging, or at the trainer. Yet in my skills window, it's capped at like 90 or something, and in red (it goes up 5 points per level).

Is there a reason it's showing up red that I'm missing, or is this a bug? I've made myself underweight, holding no weapons, and no gloves, and nothing allows the HTH skill in the skills window to show the full amount.

I'm guessing either it shouldn't be leveling up as high as it has, or it shouldn't be showing as red. If this isn't actually a bug but something I'm missing, then my apologies!

I spoke to another monk I was grouped with and his was doing it too. I'm guessing the other monks didn't know where to look :P.

I guess noone has had a chance to look into this yet?

Just hit 24 last night, and at level 23 I noticed throwing was doing the same thing as well.
