Hunter/Forager BROKEN

So it seems that TT is broken, the forager will spawn (often multiple foragers) but the hunter is no where to be found, for 3 days now.

I remember when Kunark came out the TT cycle would break on occasion. Could try a /petition maybe? Or yeah a post in the bugs forum.
