Miscellaneous: Enchanted Metal Rings combine broken?

For Human (Qeynos) cultural smithing, required for the Enchanted Full Plate recipes.

Spell: Enchant Steel is in game, so I got my Large Bricks of High Quality Ore enchanted no problem, I made Enchanted Block of Ore out of 3x Enchanted Brick of Ore no problem, I made Enchanted Folded Sheet Metal out of Enchanted Block of Ore no problem, but cannot make the Enchanted Metal Rings required for Enchanted Chain Jointing required for the actual armor combine.

EQTC lists the recipe as file + water + Enchanted Large Brick of Ore, yield:2

Other than a couple of fairly worthless weapons, the Enchanted Full Plate recipes are the only ones listed on EQTC that use the Enchanted Folded Sheet Metal. The armor is not incredible, same AC as the elven and dwarven stuff with slightly inferior stat bonuses which kinda flags it as same time period, trivials in the 220-250 range. It sure seems like you intended to have it in the game, but without Enchanted Metal Rings (and the subsequent Enchanted Chain Jointing) I'm stopped cold here.
