Game Mechanics: backpack on cursor disappeared

In Mistmoore today i was applying poison to a weapon with a backpack in hand (on cursor) and when i got the group invite and hit the follow button to join the group, the backpack poofed and was replaced bythe poison i was applying. My backpack and the 8 wasp poisons (somewhere around 40 plat worth) are now gone.

lol never used MQ in my life, i dont even know how to fix my nek files let alone any form of hacking
