NPC Spawn Issue: Yendar Starpyre

I am pretty sure this guy is notl how he should be. See

He should not be an 8 hour spawn but a random spawn window. He should despawn when handed scribbled parchment.

I also believe he should be despawning after a set amount of time of being up instead of staying up until someone spawns renux(but im not sure on this part).

- Eldreth is a totally rondom spawn spanning anywhere from many hours to a few days (Real Life Time).

And

- Yendar is a totally rondom spawn spanning anywhere from many hours to a few days (Real Life Time).

- Eldreth spawns every three hours after despawning.

And

- Yendar spawns 3 hours after Renux has been killed last.

Also about when handed Scribbled Parchment

NOTE: Yendar no longer despawns after giving him the scribbled parchment.

So if we really want to be correct, it technically should be a 3 hour timer and not an 8 hour timer.
