Merchants: Necro / SK Merchant Missing in Qeynos Catacombs?

I was running around in the Qeynos Catacombs today and I could not find a vendor who was selling the Lvl 16 Necromancer spells: Feign Death, Banshee Aura, and Restless Bones.
I asked around and apparently they should be sold off of a Shadow Knight vendor (since they get these spells too). I checked all vendors and NPC's repeatedly and could not find these spells. I don't know if I overlooked them or if they got dropped during the recent modifications to the merchants in this zone (adding the Necro Robes.. thank you for taking care of that).

Hey, This appears to have been resolved. I returned recently and noticed that the vendors are back.
Previously there were a few vendors which had what appeared to be a basic list of items to sell and I figured these were out of place. Last time I checked they were replaced by vendors with the spells. Thank you!
(Believe me, the vendors were missing. I ran around to each vendor/NPC at least 5 times to absolutely ensure I wasn't missing someone)
