eqemulauncher bug reporting?

I didn't find a place to discuss EQ Emu Launcher bugs at moestaverne (no forums) or on eqemulator.org, so would this be a good place to report bugs until the regular website is back up?

The issue is relatively minor, but should be reported. When playing on my PC, I use the 125% settings (W7, Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display) instead of the normal 100% so the fonts are a little easier to read.

This gives me a window that looks like the attached JPEG, with the text overlapping the window boundaries. This seems like a background image scaling issue, but I'm uncertain.

If there's a better place to post this, please let me know and I'll be happy to do so elsewhere.
