NPC Spawn Issue: Kerra Isle spawns

Well, I'm probably one of the only people who actually come to Kerra Isle, but I noticed a couple spawn issues.

First one is "The Kerran Sha'rr". This mob had a ph of "a kerran sha'rr apprentice" that spawn in the basement of the hut where Jo Jo spawns. It seems that "a kerran sha'rr apprentice" is spawning in multiple places instead of the lone position for the "The Kerran Sha'rr". There is a post at Alla's for the mob dating back to 2002 which indicates his loc.

Also killed this mob at one of his incorrect spawn points (ph's seem to be spawning in multiplea areas) and he dropped nothing. He should drop either the spear or the doll each kill.

There is also another mob, Hamad Grarr, that does not appear to have his ph/himself spawn at all. This mob should spawn in the basement of the hut where you turn in the fungus for the Paw of Opolla rings at p561, p194. Info for this spawn can be found in a post from one of his drops from 2001.

From my own experience all the named in Kerra (aside from that stupid fish for the fishing pole quest) weren't overly rare and the drops were rather similar in terms of drop rates.
