Payment will be handled by having you move your plat to a mule character in a city. I will then create a level 1 mule in the city of ur choice. Initial hour will be half payment first, then rest of payment after 1st hour. After 1st hour all payment will be made after the hour of powerleveling is completed by logging off the mains to the mules and transferring the plat.
This is perfect if you have a friend ingame that can let you borrow plat or you have your own plat somehow. I do have references as well if needed.
