Block of High Quality ore <vendor sold> + Smith hammer + water = Does not combine

Supposed to be Folded High Quality sheet used in freeport field plate


3 Larg Bricks of High Quality ore + water = Does not combine

Suupposed to make a Block of High quality ore

**** HAVE TRIED FREEPORT /QEYNOS CULTURAL FORGES AND ALL THE REGULAR FORGES IN BOTH FREEPORT AND QEYNOS NO LUCK.

Have tested it on eqmac and can confirm Block of high quality ore + water + smithy hammer supposed to = folded high quality metal sheet <IN A REGULAR FORGE>
