Zoning and crashing, Characters gliding across screen.

I just installed Titainum on girlfriends laptop. OS is Vista. Logged in toon in HHK everything running great. Port into GFay, kicks me to log in screen. So I log back on same toon that is now in GFay. Toon does not show any actions, sit, run, duck. Seems like all other players and mobs are ice skating across the zone. Camp relog same. Port out, i get kicked. Log different toon in EC no problems. Log 3rd Toon in EC, ice skating begins again and no run, sit, duck actions. Any suggestions?
