Default HP on PvP and PvE death
On PvE death -> lay hands and harm touch should refresh. Full hp and mana.


On PvP death -> full hp, no mana. Not 100% sure but dont think harm touch and lay hands come back.

Should also be getting full HP on level ups in addition to full mana.
