I think the jewel craft should be in by now? Or does this become available at Velious?

I looked up on the 99 wiki, none of that seems to be on there. I looked it up on EQTC, but it doesn't seem to all be there. Explicitly Imbued Black Sapphire Gold Earring. ZAM seems to pull up this earring. But both refer to the stat of endurance, which is something that gets added on past Velious? Or will this Jewelry exist without that particular modifier that gets added on?

This link http://internettrash.com/users/trading/jew10.htm seems to point that at least by the "latest Update" that in the case of Imbued Black Sapphire was around the same time as Velium stuff. Would this be correct?

Or is none of this in game and should expect it in sometime shortly before cultural armors?
