Help! Very long exp bar for vert ui or adding a blue line to vert xp bar

I currently use the vert ui but I would really like to have a really long exp bar with the blue line like this ui : http://www.eqemulator.org/forums/showthread.php?t=30365

Is there anyway I could do something like replace the MP3 player to get a stand alone exp bar like that?

Iv spent the past 4 hours trying to do it and im making zero progress so I need some help.

If you cant do this, is there anyway just to add the blue exp line to the standard vert exp bar?
