Spells: suffocate

when i cast suffocate is hits for 34 and dots for 11 dmage witch is less then choke that does 20 damage and 12 damage dot. I got this form zam

Suffocate lasts longer, hits for more damage initial (34 versus 20), and debuffs agi/str as well.
