Anyone a great web designer?

How cool would it be for Project1999.org to have an unofficial "pedia", like a Project1999pedia where users could submit Project-1999 related items, quests and whatnot? Sort of like an Allakhazam from 1999? Any good web designers out there who could design such a thing?

I'm sure there is a basic wiki layout/script whatever you wanna call it that can be downloaded. So many sites use it, I doubt this would be too hard to do and is a decent idea.
