Ulan Meadowgreen

Ulan Meadowgreen ( the centaur vendor) Inside the village is currently not up on Red. I recall reading something about removing npcs from the world that were involved in the Sol Temple quest patch.

If that is the case, its understandable he was on the list because he gives out some crafted quests. However, If I recall correctly, he was always in game, and only sharkn Meadowgreen was added for the other half of the crafted quests.

Ulan is 1 of only 2 vendors in South Karana and him not being there creates a pretty big issue for anyone exping in SK. Either you risk pvp death by running across the zone to vendor at aviaks, or you zone into NK to vendor at the gypsies , which is a similar run. ( sucks bad if you are a pet class , having to resummon and waste bone chips etc ).

He should be spawned and quests broken until the sol temple patch.

Both of these centaurs are currently set to spawn starting in July 1999. I'm not sure that's correct.

If Ulan spawned prior to then, it would make a decent vendor for splitpaw I guess.
