100% drop rate posted here May 25, 2001, but Tolaspmuj didn't drop it on Tuesday afternoon.

Currently set to 35%. Not sure where the data was obtained.

I'd like to see more research on this if someone can look it up. If it needs to be higher/drop every time, it will be changed.

Did find one other post, in Japanese, that seems to indicate its not a 100% drop either (they were 1 for 2), at least initially. www.e-douguya.com/eq/wiz/epic.shtml
