Default Running multiple computers on 1 server

How can I allow my friend to run on the same server?

I would like to know how to play with others in the same house hold on this server. Can anyone provide that info?

You need to petition for an IP exception. They have the server set this way so that 2-boxing isn't possible, so you need special permission to have 2 or more players on one IP address. It might take them a couple of days, but they'll grant it.
