NPC Spawn Issue: Lockjaw

Killed him a few days after release of Project 1999, after reports that he was seen in the ocean. Almost a month later, neither I or anyone else has seen him again.

I believe Lockjaw and his PH are permanently submerged in water and this is not correct. Not only does it make it nearly impossible to spawn him, he used to roam the beach at the southern end in classic live. Always seen him on land, never in the water.

True, Live he was also a land spawn, never touched the water. On other eqemu servers you always see or hunt him in the water or on the rock pillar near the dock.

I've been killing the crocs/caimens in the water since I get zero aggro from undead/pumas/etc. So maybe he'll spawn again.

saw him two days in a row : | seems to spawn more than before
