Default Undead in Kithicor
are no longer spawning at night. probably due to werewolf/undead despawn in that patch. something not right.

The shouldn't be spawning at all on red, if that's what you meant.

This happens whenever eqtime.cfg isn't synced at patch. They'll be back next patch when it is, or in 2000 years when the date rolls around, whichever comes first.

Undead in Kith were intentionally disabled on red for timeline reasons.
