The only quest this is coded to work for on this server is the Jboots quest, which isn't live yet. So no.

I remember on the official Emu dev forums a thread about this. Some dude showed how to use perl quests or maybe fixed up the c++ code to allow MQing and then all the other devs were like "u dum lol bug".

Maybe it got added though?
