So for the last few days or so I've been noticing that while sitting in LOIO or FM ...occasionally my mana will sit at say...401, tick to 413, then back to 401. It will do this multiple times (15-20x) before finally actually regening again. I'm not sure if this is just a local thing (ive been in the area for a while now) and am a 31 gnome mage if that makes any difference. Just know that for no reason, ie. lack of food/water, debuffs etc. to cause any reason to not regen any mana for seems like a minute plus while ooc. Just a heads up, not sure if this is intended, or some kind of bug.
