Uninstalling Project1999?

How about uninstalling Project1999?

I have the copy of Project1999 and going to duplicate it and hopefully uninstall the modifications and make a seperate start link/shortcut. Can the modification be uninstalled or should I just reinstall a new copy to the new folder?

Going to find another playground since we are picked on right now.
