Default Chat bug?

Anyone ever have a problem with not being able to use the apostrophe and +/= keys in chat?

If ' is the first character on the line, then EQ interprets that as the shotcut for an emote. You should be able to use it in any other position in the line. I don't know about + or = causing any trouble.
