Issue with launcher

Hey all,

I'm having some technical issues, might be a very obvious one, but I've searched to forums and now am resorting to this post.

Ok. I just got EQ Titanium in the mailbox today and installed it. Immediately after that I downloaded and ran Duxa's All In One Installer.

Ran EQemu and it wouldn't patch, so I readjusted my firewall settings and then simply disabled it. Patcher began..

EQEmuLauncher.MainForum.initUpdate()
Loading serverlist ...
Could not reach eqemulator.com. Trying again in 30 seconds.

Also, this is the message I get when I close out...

Could not write config file! Please check the file access: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest\eqemulauncher.xml

Exception:
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest\eqemulauncher.xml' is denied.

Apologies if this is a no-brainer, I'm usually hit or miss with computer issues.
