havent played an RTS in years, do I need to hire an asian to play for me?

no, youtube/google sc2 strats and you'll be good. everyone mimics the same builds the "pros" use anway.

SC2 gonna be rough on knuckle because he can't call his guildmates to save him in a 1v1 match

I hate how people are bitches on SC2. You run a non standard build and surprise them they call you a "cheese noob" or something else of that sort. Which I find lols because many of the pros will switch it up and do stuff like that. Atleast they did all the time in SC1

the idea is, playing a straight up macro game is the game from which all other builds derive from, so it should be the type of game you practice the most. people get irritated when they come to practice a macro game and get cheesed by a double gate zealot proxy or cannon rush, it's understandable.

after all, i've never really had an epic game that started from cheese unless the cheese was a wash for both of us and we both reverted to a macro playstyle.

but yeah, people really should practice against all types of cheese and be able to handle them well. so the bitching is mostly unfounded. i guess the only player that i am irritated by is someone who does nothing BUT use the same cheese strat every game they play.
