Lagging constantly.

I timed how frequently I lagged with a stopwatch. 15 seconds between each lag. During my lagging it lasts for about 5 seconds. It's like the games in slow motion but for those 15 seconds the game plays just fine. Any help would be much appreciated. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
