Miscellaneous: NPC pause after hails

Something I noticed and I know its "not classic", at least in Qeynos, is that the NPC's when pathing around and hailed, stop for only a very short time and then start moving again.

I.E. before I can even finish reading their text and type the next phrase, they are running off again. I had to chase NPCs all around Qeynos trying to get all their quest text out of them.

As someone who had done little quests here and there just for fun on Al'kabor, its very obvious to me that the NPC pathing pause when hailed is far too short on P99.

I suppose I can time the actual pause before they start walking again on Al'kabor if needed, otherwise i'd add at least several seconds to NPCs since their last hail before they run off again.
