Spells: Bind Affinity not sticking in/around Neriak

Just tried to bind my stinky troll outside at the entrance to Neriak, inside the foreign quarter, and twice in the commons at the bank.

Each time read me the "You cannot seem to develop an affinity for this place. Try a city. " error.

Furthermore, typing /char after each failed attempt does in fact show that I'm still bound to Innothule Swamp.

You need to zone first and then type /charinfo.
